We are delighted to offer Handmade Masks by Judith Williams who will contribute at least £2 from the sale of each mask to the Cameron Grant Memorial Trust. They will be delivered by Judith in the Solihull area or can be collected from her. For anyone that wishes any sent further afield, please email email@example.com to ask about delivery costs.Judith says: "My Masks are a triple pleated, double layer covering with- filter pocket- nose wire- replaceable elastic tiesThey are made from new and upcycled cotton or polycotton and measure approximately 10 x 20cm. All the masks are handmade by me at home so dimensions will vary a little. All designs are limited editions as I buy small quantities of fabric at a time. The image with the model shows how the mask will look when it is being worn but using a different fabric.HOW TO USE: wash your hands then insert a disposable filter into the pocket. Handle the mask using the elastic, fit the wire firmly over the nose (and under your glasses) and then closely under your chin. Avoid handling the mask as much as possible and replace it when damp.DON’T wear it as a headband or a beard – not a good look and ripe for infection!I recommend the use of a HEPA certified polypropylene disposable filter and one is included with each mask. Wash your hands before and after handling your mask.CARE: wash as recommended (see photo) after every wear. Hand washing is preferable to preserve the shape of the nose wire. Elastic can easily be replaced, and tape or round elastic can be used as an alternative if you choose. Thread the replacement through the side casing using e.g. a safety pin and tie. Feed the knot into the casing for improved comfort.DISCLAIMER: these masks are NOT medical grade and only offer some benefit to those around you. They are not designed to protect you from infection.DELIVERY: masks will be packed in a compostable bag and dated. They should be quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours. They will be hand delivered to locals and local cycle clubs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about delivery costs further afield.Speed of delivery will depend on demand. There’s only one of me and I can only make so many masks!"
